Quick question, How do you Take those shots where there are multiple bots in the test area? Photoshop?
Also, the BW was a test to see if I could get maces on it. Sorry I don't have anything to show in this post, but I've been working on the BubbleBots AI I failed at a while back. No more bubble names ![]() It focuses on rebuilding the stock AI in their original chassis, with the bot type the same, eg. Grog, the Warrior still has a hammer weapon. Pictures to come. 105

Pah, I don't think you're entirely new. You've done well by lurking. Welcome.
Anyway, you could replace it with a ramplate or lawnmower blade, unless you don't have the weight. I could also recommend using maces instead of razors. 106

Trov was right, I managed to get it done.
I also decided to remake the chassis again. This was the result. Doesn't work as well as I'd hoped, but still works. 2 pinks, normal Z-Tek, Plastic. BW-Star Piece 3.1 107

[error]Warning: this topic has not been posted in for at least 180 days.
Unless you're sure you want to reply, please consider starting a new topic. [/error] Well, it's been longer than I'd thought. I may return for good, I may completely forget about this place again, but for now, I just want to say I seriously want to punch my annoying former self. I really do. I also want to do the same to AGOD, which I had forgotten existed >.< With that out of the way (and to get the ball rolling), here's a psycolone popup. Generic, but fun. Thoughts on what I should build? 109

I might enter this, I just need to find my old laptop (RA2 died a while ago on the computer I'm posting from; also the reason I've lurked for so long.).

*insert cool logo here*
Well, at last, after 4/5 years of hesitation by my Dad and I, we are at the stage where we have parts to build a robot, but have absolutely no idea how to. https://gametechmods.com/uploads/images/895982012-11-17 20.42.14.jpg Or, a large picture (1840 X 3264) in here: We have no design yet, but the main plan is three or four spikes on the front, armored in breadboards, with the front panel being one sheet of 1.5cm thick plywood sandwiched between two 1.5mm sheets of steel, with the spikes attached to the back sheet of steel, braced by a bar. (btw, this description will be replaced by one of my (shoddy) drawings soon.) 111

Oh well, i'll go look for my XP disk... :/ 113

Starting up robot arena 2 works fine, but whenever i try to enter the botlab, exhibition, multiplayer, or anything else that requires me to click on something, it doesn't work.
The problem appeared after my rubbish mouse decided to triple click on the RA2 icon, and brought up 2 RA2's. The one that started up last was fine, so i closed it so i only had one open. Then, i couldn't click inside the window of RA2. I couldn't even quit. I decided to build in DSL instead, but the problem appeared there, even though i only opened one window again. After a restart, it still doesn't work. Computer specs (copied from my computer/properties): Intel(r) Core(TM) i5 CPU 660 @ 3.33GHz 3.33 GHz, 3.42 GB of RAM Physical Address Extension Any help? 116

The first bot's a Klone? Well, ok...
If i knew how to fix the firestorm flipper collision mesh, then it would have that. Also, I like your avatar ty. EDIT: The firestorm flipper is fine, but now... ![]() 117

Well, Haven't built anything in dsl for about 1.5 years, so if i'm not up to scratch, it's completely
Splash says it all. Did have a firestorm flipper on it, but the collision mesh was being annoying. Comment away! EDIT: I still need to build that heavy armor bot... 119
