All discovery has going for it is Shark Week, Man vs Wild, and Mythbusters. I could also count Punkin Chunkin but Discovery had little confidence in it in the first place so they moved it to Science before it gained much popularity. How its Made is another good one to watch when you are bored. But they keep copying their own shows. Dual Survival, Survivor Man, Man vs Wild, Matter of Seconds (I think that's the one), Survival Couple (or whatever the
![]() Now that we are talking about copied shows, I think TruTV and TLC really could be argued as the most pathetic channels on the freaking tele. A+E is the main victim in this situation. The shows Hoarders, Intervention, and Storage Wars are copied by TLC and Tru TV. Then the History Channel (which refuses to give out accurate information) gets Pawn Stars copied by almost every single network on the planet. I do admit though TruTV's Impractical Jokers is hilarious AND ORIGINAL. Now that I have mentioned TLC, let's talk about some of their shows. Extreme Couponing, Toddlers and Tiaras, Jon and Kate Plus 8, freaking 18 and counting. NOBODY GIVES A DAMN about these dumb scenarios. I could care less if you are 85 and dying, I will disown you if you think TLC is a good channel. TLC had awesome stuff, Junkyard Wars, Robotica, and that one show with the custom built tanks. Those were awesome. Now TLC had taken 80 billion bottles of estrogen (no offence Jonzu) and ruined it. Plus it is called "The Learning Channel" all I am learning is how to create better quality stuff then the crap they air now. 104

Counter argument to FOTEPX...
1. "Windows Explorer" will give you the old task bar style 2. The new start screen makes it "Finger Friendly" to a tablet user while still keeping the mouse usefulness for desktop users 3. It is more memory efficient, it makes 7 look like vista 4. Less intensive, with the new Icon Layout, organizing things looks a ![]() 5. Sure customizing it the way it was won't be the same, but having an eye friendly way of organization means alot more to me that customization 109

Can we get a video of the flipper mechanism working?

Robots Showcase / Re: Near Chaos Robotics« on: January 21, 2012, 08:19:03 PM »
This may be the most powerful electric flipper of your weightclass. A flipper attachment that would resemble Toro in a way would be interesting, although you may have to drive the robot backwards for that to work.

It would work alot better with flails and razors. Either that or just regular static concussion weapons. But for a first try it is great. Also, how is the speed on it, because those motors don't look quite strong enough.

It won't replace the old tower, but I do believe razer is heading in the right direction. The lack of an optical drive and the controls being directly mounted to the screen worries me greatly.

I think using Click's setup is more visually appealing for the motor... maybe if you combined that tactic with what you are trying to do here then it would look more realistic.
