This is a confusion in how "proof" works. You cannot prove anything with itself. That is circular reasoning (example: I think therefore I exist, I exist therefore I can think). To prove me to myself are both illogical and meaningless. Normally I don't give 2 rats about logic, but proof is a logical process and only has power within the logical realm.
However, I can prove to YOU that I exist simply by responding. By reading this I must exist at minimum as the information you just took in.
I'm confused as to who you're arguing against here: MNB or myself?

Yeah, occasionally. House Robots are probably the dumbest idea ever though. It's akin to trying to play a game of (American) football and randomly releasing an angry bull on the field at any given time. You're not playing football anymore, you're trying to avoid an animal with some football on the side.

^ So says the guy who's the first to try and shoot him down xD On topic: Jack Daniels is pretty bang on. As long-time members of this community, most of us are all pretty skeptical when someone joins and proclaims that their bots are "insane." In recent memory, I've only ever seen one person join the forum and is instantly a good builder (that was Geice). So when we tell someone that they're not that great of a builder, we have a pretty good perspective on what we're talking about. Criticizing your building is really nothing personal, we're just telling you what we think. As for people thinking you're someone else, we've had some problematic members in the past that have been banned for one reason or another (ie: threatening to send anthrax to a moderator's house) that have all tried to come back under the guise of new accounts, so some are still a bit suspicious of new members who are a little combative. Personally, I'll avoid passing judgement on you until you have a larger number of posts. No use in letting a poor first impression shape what I think of you as a person. After all, we can't reasonably expect you to know some history and norms of this forum when you're new.

I will play along for a second and admit that yes, I am but a figment of your imagination projected as a personality on this forum all as a part of one of your extremely vivid and life-like dreams. First of all, you have an extremely awesome imagination. Second of all, following my logic, even if I am but a meager thought of yours, I exist on some level somewhere to someone.
At this point, it's really just a question regarding the semantics of "existence" and "reality."

Seriously though, Robot Wars had a far better production value, but Battlebots robots were far and away superior machines. I preferred Battlebots, but the bullcrap "slams, jabs, rams, etc." judging criteria that Comedy Central displayed really bothered me at times.

I'm fairly sure you can exceed 249.049999 since LWs can display 250 kgs as their weight. 249.049 would round down and display at 249 kg.

Well technically it's 249.99999999 ad infinitum, since you can build a bot that is still a LW at a display weight of 250 kg.
