Discussion / Newb question - powering a lawnmower blade

Hi there, I'm trying out the stock game at the moment and I'm trying to build a carbide type spinner with the lawnmower blade. I've come a bit unstuck with figuring out how to power it up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Modifications / 2013 AI Pack?

Hi everyone, I've come across this game via the RWRA2 mod and I've enjoyed using the bots from 2016 and the previous series. I've noticed another mod was made called the 2013 AI pack which has a lot of classic teams from the original series that could not feature in RWRA2 due to the licensing issue, but I can't seem to find a download link. I was wondering if it is still available, as it could add a lot to the game. Thank you.
