General Support / incomplete unpack?

it looks like the unpack is failing? missing .exe at a minimum, probably more.

troubleshooting already done:

• 2 different browsers (windows edge and google chrome)
• both base RA2 and dsl 2.1
• 2 different upackers
• disabling antivirus

same result every time. running windows 10. any help would be appreciated
