General Support / Game freezes at start up

I open my game and when it gets to the rating screen,it stops.I can still move my mouse and all that but the game cannot progress,I am using DSL 2.1 and this didn't happen until recently.

General Support / My custom texture is discolored

So here's the thing, I'm trying to use this image as a robot skin by putting it as a texture fill



but it ends up Black and White and completely messed up(in game photo below)



I'm planning on releasing a texture pack based on all the Camos in Call of Duty Black Ops 2 for the fans of the series.But this issue is setting this goal back.Please help.

As some of you may know,there is a group around here who call themselves"the Cool Kids".In my eyes,they're more like"The Backstreet Boys"or"New Kids On The Block"If any member of such group wants to face me.Let me know,I will attempt to find a person to host such event.So,who has the guts to emerge from the gang,and face me.

General Support / When I try to Install RA2

It says Direct.X 8.1 doesn't exist,and that I have to check and make sure its there.I checked and its there,what do I do?
