i have been wondering this for a long time. How do you make or change a component or texture skin?

hi guys, im having trouble with some downloads. whenever i try to download DSL.2.0, the icon for it always comes up with an internet icon.[same with many other downloads] is that normal? or is it because im using firefox, and need to use Internet Explorer? post back when u find out what is wrong
