Not quite what I meant. I get the "Shift when placing" but I noticed this link (http://beetlebros.gametechmods.com/ra2techs.htm#attach) showed rotating the extender after it was placed already. Was that the motor it was attached to? (I'm sorry for asking so many questions)

Unless I get REALLY good at building bots I will never amount to this at all ever. I don't know the building glitches, my game crashes all the time (damn you Windows 7!)... Help please?
