Yes, you may have all kinds of parts in your game but don't use them on multiplayer because that causes the other guy crash if he doesn't have the parts.
The loging out happens because of time out, at least I think so, and there aren't any programs which would improve the multiplayer of RA2. It is bad and it stays bad. I don't think there is any optimal setting for connection speed but I have 512/512 connection and when we used to play with Mean2U and Ham, Mean2U used 1024 connection speed because it caused little bit less lag for me than 512 connection setting.
So just keep trying until you find good setting for the speed.

If you have Vista or 64bit processor those could cause that kind of errors because this game is very sensitive. Especially Vista can cause that, it isn't good with games at all even Microsoft told it would be even better than XP with games.

Also you could try to ask Clickbeetle about this problem because he's the one who made this mod with others.

Emergency and Critical Emergency are most annoying and hardest bots which I have had to fight against.

I think the reason is the Vista and nothing else because RA2 is very fragile and sensitive. Try to uninstall Vista and reinstall XP, it should help. A lot of people have complained at Vista so far. And you can download DSL-TC 1.2 from here even it is under AI and bots section: https://gametechmods.com/RA2_AIpacks.php

Yes, that's normal behavior for Havok engine. It isn't so finished and that makes it cause these so called Havok Explosions. I saw a site which had list at components which will cause the explosion when they fell off and you drive over their dropping points.
I don't know what in the Havok cause this but those explosions are normal for this game.

Isn't that bot going to be going quite slowly now? Because you have gearings from smaller -> bigger and that bigger is connected again to smaller and from there to bigger.
That means you really need extremely fast motor to make your bot move on rather good speed but at least it has a lot torque now. Though I doubt wheels won't have enough grip for that torque.
Edit: But if you are going to use tracks instead of those wheels there I think the grip will be increased greatly.
PS. Very nice pictures. Those look so nice. :D

In those matches where you have that ladder thing, don't use too much axle mounts because when one of those drops to the arena's floor it crashes the game when you go to the repair menu after the match.
At least one crashing problem is that.
That's why I have to use my Spike Beetles, which have axle mounts, so well that they won't get much damages at all. :D

Also gameplay and enjoyment comes before realism in games.
So even those would make robots more realistic the gameplay could suffer quite much.

Antivir, Avast and what was that one which didn't work together with those....
Edit: Oh yeah, Kaspersky, though it doesn't work with antivir and avast. You have to uninstall them first.
