I have just downloaded the DSL AI bots pack from the downloads. Is there a way to play as one of these bots? If so, how?
EDIT: Nevermind, after doing some more digging I found the answer.

Thanks, I'll go with the Beetle pack since I'm not planning on playing online any time soon.
I'll try DSL again at some point. It really blew my mind when I first tried it.

I'm working on a robot that looks like a big crab and it has these arms which I desire to use in a sort of crushing action with axes or any other of my favorite blades on the ends.
I know that spin motors can be stacked to gain more power, plus the addition of batteries, but is there a way to get more power out of the burst motors besides adding more batteries?
Running two DDT bursts with 4 Supervolt batteries and as many pink ones as I can fit.
Thanks.

Well it seems that every time I strike a robot with a hammer or axe, the extenders they are mounted on take damage. Now I would expect this to happen in real life as well, if you're swinging a hammer hard enough to damage an armored robot. But this isn't real life is it :-D Is there a way to prevent damage to the hammer's extender while swinging it?
I used to use the square extenders, but the red round ones seem to be more capable of taking punishment. All are 120 cm in length.

Is the control board mod available in any of your existing component packs? I wouldn't mind you sending it, but I wouldn't mind downloading any of the mods either :)

Hello, I'm just getting back into RA2. The last time I played and patched this there was an additional attachment point to the control board, one on the edge of the board. That was patch 1.2 I believe. I have the NVidia 1.3 patch for CD users on my installation.
Does anyone know where this component went?
Any help is appreciated :)
