Discussion / Re: 14 Years of RA2

Remember when PCs were in such a state that the Battlebox and 4 robot battles would lag computers?
Do I ever, I spent a pretty penny on a top of the line Pentium 4 3.2GHz and a Radeon X800 XT to play smoother back then. I still have that bucket of bolts sitting around somewhere. If I can manage to crack it open I have a couple things I never had a chance to really post. Like a corny cherry shaped hammer object Lu-Tze made for me for my birthday long ago.

Well after learning very much in these past years I am ashamed to call some of these things "works".... If I find time to relearn the tools I might whip up something, any requests? No promises though ;P

welcome back i cant wait for ne parts
Unfortunately everything Lu-Tze and dummy taught me back in the day has become a vague memory.... But its nice to see you again Clickbeetle!

Anyway System32, the most notoriety about me is from the stink I caused on the old official RA2 forums causing a ban and much dislike from many members from creating one of the worse cheat components ever. Anti-ballasts could be used to dodge the 800.0 weight cap and build "SHW" robots.

Other than that, experimenting with the whole dynamics of the weapon coding, trying to understand how various properties in the gmf format worked. There are unfinished projects on my HDD that I no longer understand how they work to even finish them since its been like 6 years since I last looked at them.
