idk what you're talking about system... that wasn't hateful, he was just giving me advice, and thanks by the way Shadow and Naryar, stop being an ass, i made ONE other post like this, you douchebags who think you're such hot sh** should GTFO <_< Um. Flippo came nice and close to the end of the weight class.... does the flipper work as a Srimech? Stop with the pink batts in the heavyweights. I'm not an expert builder, but I've come to know that just the two black batts will do.
Also, STOP USING THE DOUBLE SIDED ICE PICKS. They cut damage in half. And your robots are big... And why do you have so many weapon systems on the heavyweights, and those N-12 tires aren't necessary, and use tribars instead of extenders, and the pink batts in Flippo won't last long with Zteks, and the double sided ice picks are totally out of reach on the first bot, and all your middle weights and heavy weights are underweight, and most importantly, don't build the components around the chassis and just fill the empty space with little batteries, and... float around the forum and look at other people's stuff.
Otherwise they're good.

Another supervolt wouldnt fit unfortunately, i tried that, and i dont want HPZ's because they make it too fast and somewhat uncontrollable. btw, nobody actually said if my bots were any good... are they? It would help if you used HPZs instead of normal ones. 2x the power for only 5kgs more. Take out the pink batteries an try to put in another supervolt, pinks are inefficient.

Well, here's my team, Team Vortex, on normal, unmodded, RA2... it's pretty good but I'm sure someone will throw a bunch of insults... if you don't have anything nice/helpful to say, don't say anything at all :biggrin: (screenshots are attached, photobucket isn't working D: )

well all mah parts are done, i just need someone to build the bots becoz i kinda suck at that like i said... so if anyone wants to, let me know, i really cant finish this project without a volunteer to do this...

thanks for the support ACAMS :angry:..... and anyways, yes, i REALLY need 3ds 4 and i hav everything u listed... i found 5 but it no workie (could be vista) anyways do u hav xfire or email venko? oops heh nvm forgot about the MSN button... xD and uh i have daemon tools and what do u mean a program that can continue file downloading interruption...? u mean like limewire or like firefox can do? (is the download HTTP, FTP, or torrent?)

Well at the moment I am working on a new conversion for RA2 called Vortex 1.0. It will feature: new and hard AI, some new parts which will be used on the AI also, a new menu and load screens, new music for the menu/team HQ/workshop. I just have one MAJOR problem... I need 3DS Max 4 to use the GabrielMax plugin. Anyone got a link? I WOULD buy it but its not sold anymore...:pissd: screens of progress so far coming soon...

heres a huge mod pack i put together, its a combination of a bunch of mods (including DSL) that makes no changes to the UI so you people who are used to the normal RA2 UI like i am dont have to deal with the messed up DSL UI :) also it does not change the stock AI... to install simply extract the RAR and put all the files from the extracted folder in Program Files\Infogrames\Robot Arena 2 or whereever you have it DOWNLOAD 52.14mb NOTE: This mod only gives you extra parts in all categories, it does not change the game in any other way. Also, use cheatbot2 and you will have many hidden parts (some are completely useless but others are so good they had to be cheat parts) :) ok its confirmed, these mods DO NOT work online.... at all..... you can't join online servers and play with them, so keep a backup of ur original Robot Arena 2 folder somewhere so u can play normal with it too
