I'm gonna keep it short:

Has anyone ever considered making a 24/7 server on gameranger exclusively for those late night RA2 players wishing to squeeze in a match? I mean I have a hypothesis on why not, mainly because people don't go on multiplayer that much but still, it's peaked my curiosity.

Damn. I've never thought of this. I have to admit, I like the idea. We just need someone who could host the server 24/7...

I don't think it would work very well because RA2 requires the host to perform specific actions in order to start the game and Gabriel Interactive never released a binary for servers to run the game.

I host from 7:00 or 7:30 to 9:00 or 10:00PM GMT sometimes
