I've been thinking of some science based alien forum where people can show of thir alien creations through science. I don't know how to make a forum or how to get the word out there. So do you think I should try it? Sorry if this is the wrong section, I'm not part of the junkyard.

Don't know what you mean by "through science".

You make a forum by either using one of the "free" host, which tends to be spammed with 3rd party ads and bout to fail, or you can pay a host and use something like phpBB.

You get the word out there by advertising, aka paying large sums of money and time.  Everyone with a product to sell is faced with the same issue, and there are no easy way around that.  Options includes pay per clicks, banner ads, flash ads, facebook spam, twitter spam, youtube spam, email spam.

Thanks 123 might do this, but I'm contemplating. Oh, and by through science, I mean reasons for animals or contraptions to have specific function or to evolve reasonably. No random wings or poison glands. Slow dynamic evolution.
