Title: WMM Question
Post by: G.K. on June 26, 2010, 02:56:17 AM
Is there any way to make the 'background' of a movie in WMM anything other than black?

There is a texture behind the 'VS', but the top and ottom of the image are solid black. Is there any way to change this?

I think you'll have to start to use real editing software, like Premiere or Vegas.

The black's not part of the image.

EDIT: That said, the black isn't as bad as I first feared.

I know that

what is stopping you resizing the image taller and adding whatever colour you want ?

WMM only uses those black strips as the image isn't the same ratio as the video your making

He's suggesting you pirate Vegas or something. Just use WMM, Click did for BBEANS and that turned out looking fine.

Yea, just make it the same size as the WMM screen. You can also change the WMM to 1280x720 HD if you want. (If you have the Vista version, that is. Vista version of WMM is the absolute best thing about vista. i use it on my W7 comp)
