More pure trivia in Double Jeopardy, so it's not surprising that Watson owned them.  Interesting to see that iWatson not only missed what looked like an easy Final Jeopardy by a mile (The answer was stated to be a US City and Watson guessed "Toronto"), but anticipated missing it as well ($947 wager).  I hope to see some categories tomorrow that really test Watson's riddle and pun-solving ability like Before & After, Find the Hidden Animal,  Stupid Answers, etc.

Watson wins, due to superior reflexes, and an overwhelming number of pure fact-based categories

I'm actually sorry that I was rooting for Brad.  I didn't find out till yesterday what his charity was, and I have to say, I'm appalled by how self-serving it is.  Basically, he planned to donate all the money to his hometown's local library, and I quote "Maybe some of the younger Lancastrians could get started on the same path that I went down."
 
FYI, Ken & Watson (the guys from IBM that is) were both planning on donating their winnings to charities that help 3rd world countries.  F**k them, right? Teaching little kids from Pennsylvania to play Jeopardy is a MUCH more noble cause.

Brad finished 3rd, so I guess I'm somwhat consoled.
