Title: Volume problem

I am having problems with computer volume. I tried to fix it and got stuck here:

What is another way to fix it? There is no volume icon on the memu on the bottom.

You have no audio driver. Install an audio driver compatible with your operating system.

SoundMAX should be a good audio driver for Windows XP, as I see that you have.

I have a problem intstalling SoundMAX: it says "the intsallation failed!"

It maybe that your sound card has been dislodged, have you had the sound cutting out prior to this?

Try searching for a different sound driver for Windows XP?
