Title: .VOB Video Converter

I need one that is good, because all of the ones I found always ge this message: File cannot be converted.

It does that for a while then it stops, believe me. It's like WinRar.

When you try to open a DVD with a computer that cannot read a DVD, it has a file or files (.VOB) in order to watch it, you have to buy a program to read it or convert the .VOB to a file your computer can read it.

I use Oxelon. It's free and supports .vobs. Or so the website claims, as I haven't tried to.

Err... Just use VLC (http://www.videolan.org/) to play it, or just play the DVD with it. VLC doesn't require any separate codecs, since it has them all built-in. It will also let you rip streaming music from the web, play flv files, watch DVDs of different region numbers and much, much more. it's free and it's open-source.
