Soundgarden - Superunkown

Damn, that's a good list; however, Kreator's Extreme Agression is way better than Endless Pain and;
War Without End is far worse than its successor, Waking Into Nightmares, which I consider one of the best thrash albums of all time.


Plus it's produced by Gary Holt from Exodus so it has some real metal pedigree behind it.

I don't get the two Maiden albums you picked. I wayyyyy prefer their 80s stuff in Powerslave and Somewhere In Time.

Most people claim to be MH fans despite only listening to The Blackening due to its immense commercial success. Fact is, it sucks compared to Burn My Eyes, at least IMO.

I agree actually, his vocals have just got worse since Burn My Eyes, but it's a real step down from the Blackening.

Of course, sucky follow ups seem to be the theme this year;
Morbid Angel released one of the worst albums I've ever heard in my entire life; I despise it even more because of how good the bands other releases are.
Decapitated sucked
Megadeth is probably going to suck
Warbringer probably won't
Autopsy is average
Lazarus A.D. sucked
Havok was amazing
Devin Townsend released a really mediocre metal album and a really great ambiance album, so I consider that a loss.
Destruction was meh, Kreator will probably be too, but slightly better.
Lo-Pan was cool
Scale The Summit was decent
Periphery sucked
Dream Theater sounded pretty meh
Saxon was pretty damn good
Machine Head sounds decidedly average.

So yeah, worse than 2010.
