I vaguely remember BOOM TOURNEY, it was something by LRA2 and it failed (well, it was done by LRA2) but I don't remember much of it.

i think that was the one where i beat him in round 1, and then he got all pissed and stopped the tournament.

Rampaging Chariots went down about as smoothly as sandpaper today, but I expected that.

Sumo - Out in Round One, lost to the team who cheated their way through every event then took home more medals than they really should have gotten.

Obstacle Course - Didn't perform well enough in the Time Trial Qualifiers to get through to the elimination bracket. It was all about being able to turn well and that's the major problem for my robot.

2-A-Side Football - Got through Round One despite one of the batteries becoming unplugged so I was limited to only forwards and backwards movement, then it plugged itself back in for the last minute, won that match 1-0 on goals. Round Two was placed against two robots from the cheating team. Lost 0-3 on goals.

Apart from robots 24, 25, 26, and 27 from somewhere in Kilsyth being unsporting, blatant cheats, and having the gall to take home trophies and medals which they either:
a) Didn't deserve.
b) Shouldn't have got because of the teams rule.
It was a pretty good day.

Also, not being a sore loser about the Kilsyth team. My friend, my dad, and the whole of the audience that attended agree that they cheated.

How did they cheat, and why didn't you tell the judges?

How did they cheat, and why didn't you tell the judges?
During the 2-A-Side Football they would just wander into the middle of the arena and pick up their bot and drag it to the side and fix it. Everyone else wither just continued with a handicap (like me being reduced to only forwards and backwards) or were pulled back by somebody. They did this a few times for each robot, every match, and were the only ones doing it.

Also in the Final (Which was Kilsyth vs Kilsyth - Robots 24/27 vs Robots 25/26) they tried to use a house robot that Rampaging Chariots provides to a team in the first two or three rounds when something has gotten majorly ****ed up inside, you can't use it in a Semi Final or a Final. Their problem was that the robot was driving fine, but just a little slowly. It took a lot of the audience shouting at the referee and the judges that that wasn't allowed until Peter Bennett finally said something and they removed the house robot. They then pretended it was broken so they wedged it in the goal.

The audience were against them the whole way through. Whenever either Kilsyth team scored a goal they would get a quiet clap, like a good putt clap in golfing. Whenever the team that wasn't Kilsyth got anywhere near the goal they would start cheering and then make the collecting "OHHhh..." groan when they got brutally rammed by both Kilsyth robots. Ramming was another thing that nobody was allowed to do, except Kilsyth, which was all they did.

I really don't see how it's cheating if it happened during the match, as the one team would be down a robot while the other was getting fixed which would allow for the other team to score more easily.

It's not that, it's the fact that if someone else tried to do it they would be pulled back and stopped from doing it. Also just walking straight into the arena with 10kg blocks of wood scooting about - it's not the most dangerous thing in the world, but it's still not fully safe.
