Most people still build in DSL2, however a few builders use DSL3 sometimes for IRL. So far the only AI packs for it are Wham's Robot Wars AI, and the beta of Paranoia AI. The biggest changes imo are the normals on all weapons, the new and fabulous extenders, armour plates, and the ant battery nerf.
