Same here in Connecticut. Good thing I go to a private school and we spent most of last year's one-semester gym class playing it XD

plus we got dodgeball and we can choose what we get to do in pe so nyeh

my school is sh** and some of the teachers suck and don't know what they're teaching but the good teachers are really good and everyone in my grade knows each other to a certain degree so it's ok.

My school apparently has low bullying, but I don't really care about that. And I got a whole semister on health instead of gym so kill me.

We don't have health class, instead half of it's been condensed into a biology unit and the other half no longer exists (but I had it in middle school so it's OK)

Mine is like top 5 of the state schools in the country apparently.

What's the point of a health class? It's not something you need to go over too heavily, most people learn about it from the media anyway.

Health is a smelly pile of rotting fish carcasses. We spend like 12 days on tobasso. I'm never gonna smoke so what's the point. Biology is really hard but I pulled off 100 in the class. Probably cause I'm on the science team and my teacher runs it.

I'm alright at biology, I got an A on my GCSE exam but it's a pretty dull subject for the most part. I much prefer Physics and in some aspects chemistry.

physics and chem are really cool and were some of my favorite subjects in science but astronomy's my favorite now.

not really, there's a little bit of my but it's really easy, (eg it's just applied math) and you just study different planets and galaxies and sh** and we're gonna take a field trip to one of the science/space center/museum thing we have in oklahoma and sometimes we have after school night sessions where we actually look at planets and stuff through a telescope and my astronomy teacher's really cool so i don't know if that's mandatory to actually look at stars through a telescope.

Heh, sounds cool. All the astronomy I know is from the science channel and every now and then when my dad says theres gonna be a meteor shower.

My mom's really into astronomy and all that so she used to let me stay up whenever there was an eclipse so I could watch it :P

Late in my 8th grade year my social studies teacher was giving some demonstration in class and pointed a knife he had in the air. Some student brought this up in front of his parents, parents flipped sh**, contacted school and the best social studies teacher ever was forced to retire over this "incident."

I ****ing hated middle school.

I had a science teacher who shocked a kid in the eye with a Tesla coil. I don't remeber what specifically caused it, but he was "knighting" the kid with a metal bar near the Coil. He was fine, but not terribly happy about it.
