Fourth year UKMT Maths Challenge. 25 questions, start out with 25 points, receive either 5 or 6 points for a correct answer, lose a point for a wrong one. The best of the other classes got around 70 to 80 points, someone else in my class got second place with 83. I scored 111, and got a place in the UK-wide Olympiad. =P

Heheh, Maths Challenge... I beat everyone Year 7 & 8 in the country while I was in Year 6. :P
This year I did the next one up (the one for Yrs 9-11) and got 4th in my school, mainly 'cos the other questions were things that we hadn't covered. I WILL GET TOP NEXT YEAR

Maths challenge is more logic than maths in my view. Which is why I'm awful at it, as my logic is very narrow, if you get what I mean.

i only do algebra and simple number stuff properly, i'm the best at maths in my year though.
i guess i just didnt have enough challenges at my school a couple of years ago and since then i just couldnt be bothered with much


and i'm predicted a's and b's in  everything apart from re and pe because i couldn't give a crap about them, i'm pretty good at pe though :P
