Nope. It's still not been passed, but it's not buried yet. They had been building the case for two years, apparently, and allegedly timed the shut down to take place after the internet blackout. Although Anonymous went a bit mad afterwards, and shut down a bunch of US Government and Media Corporation websites, such as the Department of Justice, Recording Industry Association of America, and Universal Media Group.
