Because, logically, death would be like sleeping. You are not aware that yo exist in sleep, until you wake up. But you don't wake up from death.

That's what scares me. The lack of consciousness forever, never aware of yourself, no thoughts, nothing. Just nothing forever.
There's no proof though. Death is uncertainty. For all you know, you could come back as a ghostie

How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.

I'm being forced to go to church again. D:
Well that sucks... =/
Any way you can get sweet revenge on that ? I sure as hell would get pissed off if I was forced to do something I don't even believe in, or see any rational thought in it.

When Christians take you to a religious gathering against your will, it's salvation. When any other religion does it, it's terrorism.

The world is how it is. It's not ours to comprehend, so just enjoy it

Or, alternatively, milk the religion lark for all it's worth. For example, with Psuedoshintotheism, I have two extra holidays - May 6 is Memorial Day, and August 22 is Suzumemas.

<expletive> religion. I'll think for myself, thanks very much, instead of listening to an invisible beardy man on a cloud.

I remember that phase of converting to athiesm. Can't wait to see you grow out of it.

I'll always be atheist. Why preachers think they have the right to change someone's entire belief system is beyond me.

I'm an atheist too, but I respect those who have chosen religion. Sometimes it's good to do a bit of insighting or research into it.

And don't you think that trying to impose something on another person almost forcefully is going against the ways of God? They are somewhat contradicting themselves

Imagine two cars, next to each other. a simple step and the passenger car one meets car two. Car one is safe. Car two is going to hit a wall. You are in car one. Somebody else is in car two. Unless you are of a spiteful and openly malicious nature, you have to warn him, to get him in your car.

Perhaps the cars are both safe, perhaps there is only a trick making car 2 look like a deathtrap. It doesn't matter, because you can't see that, you see the wall approaching.

I find religion to be overrated, but maybe that's because I have grown to be cynical and pessimistic after stuff that's happened, so much so that I think that religion should go fornicate itself with some barbed wire on a stick. Saying that, let people believe what they want to believe, I have no right to stop them, if religion gives them a reason to go on, then let them believe whatever they want to believe, despite the Bible being completely wrong considering the time and place it was set (i.e. Jesus would actually have had pretty much jet black hair, and brown eyes rather than blond hair and blue eyes, or light brown hair and blue eyes, or whatever the hell it is said that he has), but it is not my right to attempt to change anybody's beliefs, nor does anybody else have the right to change mine. They can tell me about their religion, what beliefs it has, etc. but I don't want them to try to convert me.
Yes that sequence of words I just said made perfect sense.

Indeed. Someday he will be like, "<expletive> religion. I'll think for myself, thanks very much, instead of having my own thought drowned out by a unquestionable source of archaic wisdom that trumps individual thought and expression.
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

Religion is stupid. It contradicts logic too many times to be worth paying attention to.

I know being religious promotes morale values, but why can't you do that when you're Atheist?

Plus, many wars are religion-based. Until there is only one religion in the world, religion will have little meaning to me, due to its contradiction of every religion saying that their beliefs are the 'absolute truth'.
