Also, it appears that my main PC has a virus, though I'll be damned if either AVG or Malwarebytes notices it.

I booted up my PC amd Rainmeter, MSN and Java crashed. I can't log on anywhere online, though Skype seems to work. It also changed the year to 3111, which I've corrected

EDIT: Four virus scans, one system restore and half an hour later, I fixed it :3

Now to perform another virus scan, for safety's sake

Well, I finally got my working Laptop, after the first one I got had a corrupted harddrive -_-

Its a pretty good laptop though :D

at least it came with at least 1 year warrenty :P

But is it me or are Asus really good at making Motherboards?

And does anyone use Lenovo? I want a new laptop and I've been liking Lenovos but I don't know anyone that's had one.

Asus are pretty good, my Gaming computer has an asus CPU and it runs awesume

Lenevo's are not bad as well. They do make a good computer, just that my school uses lenovos and they are horrible. Only because they are so bolted down with security and wont let you do shiz -_-

I have an Acer Aspire 2920. It's not really the most powerful laptop, but it's nice and compact, and it does me fine.

I'm gonna be going to see if I can find a new TV a bit later, any tips on what I should look for? I've found a few 17"-19" ones with HD for around 120 to 160 quid.

Quality > Size. 19 - 24 is the best range for price IMO.
