Well, really, if you just run around with a chain saw ripping angels apart, you're not shooting anything, are you ? so I guess i'd put a flamethrower in there to burn angel & jesus to death. xP

Game is meh. Looks dirty but slightly better and more spacially aware than most shooters. Artillery sound is nice and there is a certain atmosphere.

But really, I would play it if it was different enough from other shooters. I like Battlefront and TF2 because of that, but this doesn't look different.

However...

Don't trash classics like Super Metroid until you've played them, if you're going to pull that move on me.

Maybe they liked the design so they got it. (I've never seen one so I assume it has their logo on it)

I don't generally like FPS but:

BF3 pwns all other FPS right now. With this game, realism = fun = :D

Not really, it just shows that that's the range of their humour. It's like making "your mum" jokes if you're a virgin.

So? That's not judging the game in any way so I can't see why it is a problem. Saying TF2 sucks (which it doesn't) without playing it is stupid.

And what about shooters in general? These days you can't be caught dead playing LittleBigPlannet online because there is some elitist hiding in your friends list who bothers you about being "too childish" the next day.

You guys want unrealistic FPS?

On a forum me and chaosmancer used to frequent, I entered an FG (Forum Game) where we had to design games. Round 1 was FPS and my group came up with Chaos in the Vienese Whirld, an FPS that was, essentially, set in Candyland. Everything was made out of sweets, right down to the gumdrop ammo.
