I would bid for Portal 2 for GOTY 2011 as well. To be honest, I don't really care, as long as it isn't some FPS clone.

Portal 2's doing really well in Golden Joystick. It wouldn't surprise me if it won

My votes:
Best Shooter: Crysis 2 (it'd be nice not to have the big 3 of Halo, COD or Battlefield win for once)
Best Action Adventure: Portal 2 (a really good game, almost voted for LA Noire though)
Best RPG: Dragon Age 2 (played this over friends, and I loved it)
Best MMO: EVE Online (never played it, voted randomly)
Best Fighting: Mortal Kombat (great revival to the series, slightly beats MVC3)
Best Racing: Dirt 3 (great visuals, and I quite like it)
Best Sports Game: Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12 (strange choice I know, but it's a really good game and my dad loves it)
Best Strategy: Starcraft (it's had good reviews)
Best Music-Based: DJ Hero 2 (only because I had my awesome Avatar item off it, and the game itself isn't too bad)
Best Free to Play Game: Had no clue here, but voted Runescape.
Best Mobile: Cut the Rope: (So much fun, Angry Birds is a ripoff of a flash game and it sucks balls)
Best Downloadable: Minecraft (WHY NO CASTLE CRASHERS

. Still, Minecraft is cool)
Ultimate Game of the Year: LA Noire (sure, Portal 2 won best action, but the whole storyline and everything else makes LA Noire a cut above)
One to Watch: Skyrim (This will be one of the greatest games of all time. Period.)

Yes. Multiplayer was a huge dissappintment, but the SP was the best I've ever seen. Best overall game has to be Portal 2, although I didn't enjoy it as much as Still Alive.
