One instance of cursing, IIRC, is a 75% Warn. Which I still think is too high. But Garv's was probably the straw that broke the camel's back. I wouldn't be surprised to see inf with a warn, but not at 75%.

I'd say it was precedent more than anything. If he doesn't get at least a warn, we'll have a whole flurry of people accusing him of favouritism and such, wondering why they get a warn and he doesn't.
