Combine it with some Tylanol and you'll be set for the night.

Listening to Stephen Fry's voice almost always helps. Go get a decent CD or tape with him on and go to bed with it playing.

In pills, yes. It's in plenty of medicines.

Glows when you put in fire, Yes. Supposed to eat it, Not sure.
