Actually, I heard of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni when I watched it on a marathon run along with Umineko no Naku Koro ni. Lots of gore and stuff

I just painstakingly replicated a character from SO2, with my own hand. Its not exactly the same, but its awesome.

Star Ocean 2. Its only the best oldschool RPG left alive on the market, its balancing was nearly perfect, except for 2 bugs in the coding with the Tear Gas and Hop Step attacks, and the Eternal Sphere sword being blatantly OP Fortunately both bugs were not exploitable, and the Eternal Sphere could take 30+ hours of loading/reloading the file to have it show up.
