'Being watched by moderateors' means (i think) that the mods and admins are watching him to make sure he doesnt do something stupid or BAWWWWWWWWWW about something. And if he does his warning level goes up.

Boss is being Watched because kill got sick of hearing boss go on about rep.

I now have to do something evil to join boss on the Watched list.

I haven't a clue, but it would make sense for Daylight Savings Time to be in the Winter - y'know, to save daylight of the morning from the clutches of darkness? :3
