I'm inclined to agree with Sparkey (ZOMG). If you want to RP, find an RP forum. There's a bit too many RP threads popping up, I think Story Time should be kinda enough, in my view.

That's the reason RA2 is dying away. The only major RA2 forum still out there and all people want to do is roleplay. We have people joining JUST FOR THE ROLEPLAY.

By "people", I take it you mean SotG?

There's a fair few members having joined up for the building, such as Ben Purse, Horror and This Robot Is A Spy!. But you're right, I don't really approve of members just sticking purely to the the off-topic boards like SotG does.

I completely agree with NFX and Sparkey (Whats going on here? A name change and he has a good point and a logical discussion) Well silliness aside... There is too much crap happening on GTM Fotepx's thread, the RPing threads (I think there is more than 10 of em) and the other stupid threads that pop up regularly.

As much as I hate the put this in you sig thingies take a look at the bottom of mine.

GTM is a bunch of pages. if one of the main RPs want could they make there own site on here?thus keeping the RA2 forum "clean" and ontopic. just a thought.

Story Time has it's own wiki, so it only makes sence for it to have it's own forum.

How about you stay on the positive? Like the fact there is a forum for RA2.

Personally, building bots is a chore sometimes. I just like to chill.

I agree, but there is too much chiling.

That brings me too my next subject, and that is...........................it seems like everyones forgoton how to have fun in RA2. All theese realism rules, and stresses of what is and isn't possible, it seems like no one ever builds just for fun anymore. Although that could just be my point of view.

The reason RA2 is ~~dead~~ dying is because it was a bargain bin game released 7 years ago.

on the RPing discussion, if people want to RP a lot, they are all welcome on my forum to do so since it is a RP forum. this is a RA2 forum, so anyone joining should be busy with RA2 in some way.

now this game may be dying, but with new members like Horror and the such, this game is still being kept alive.

I don't get why people think this forum is dying.
I've seen forums faaaaar deader than this, and nobody was whining about it.

If you're going to complain about the quality of the forum due to story time or whatever, that's a different matter, but you guys know you could just block out that section if you want to.
