I have a permanent mouth ulcer as well, and while it's still here, the pain comes back sometimes... and it's annoying as hell when it comes

I heard sulfuric acid works great to.... get your dads car battery and you have instant mouth wash!

Also, Fluoroantimonic acid works well if you can get your hands on it. The pH is really low, like -25, so it's really good :)
