This is one of the reasons I'm so glad I'm out of the school system.

Every Christmas we used to have Scottish dancing - ie, dancing with one or many partners. I was the best in the class but all the boys hated me.

So I often got forced into the same group as the local bully, because he couldn't get a partner thanks to his height (and the fact he obviously despised dancing).

And because it was me, he'd put his hands inside his jumper so he didn't have to touch me.

and those jumpers are the scratchy kind that give me the evils >.<

Meh. I just got on with it when I had to do dancing, to be honest. There was often more guys than girls, so I sometimes ended up dancing with my friend John. I always ended up being the girl due to having the longer hair out of us.
