Were you realy that oblivious to the naming of the Android Operating Systems? Most Operating Systems have naming themes, it just happens that this one is more randomly tasty than others.

Yes we already went over googles naming patten for Android previously in this thread... hence the reason SotG asked..


Android = Sweets, sweet foods
Apple = Wild animals from the cat family
Microsoft = Smash together any random numbers, letters or words into any old configuration :P

Apple uses names of large cats.

I guess Windows' would be fairly random until 7 and 8.
