I'd call Linkin Park a rock band, myself.

type in album name with "rar" or "zip" at the end on google
go to megaupload or some similar website
download album

If you have a jailbroken iDevice, MewSeek is a very good cydia app.

And torture recordings aren't music. =P Meh, I'm into the SMB soundtrack ATM, which is as close to metal as I'll ever get.

I do have to admit that I like some classical stuff. Four Seasons and Moonlight Sonata are especially appealing to me.

most metal lyrics are about real things, like global catastrophes, nuclear war, politics and stuff like that, That and satan.
Both of those aren't emo.

There are other bands that do pretty good riffs. The opening riff of TCV's "Elephants" is very good, in my view.
 
Metal stuff doesn't have to be about self-loathing and stuff like that. Metallica's "Blackened" is about a nuclear holocaust, for instance.
