All opinions should be taken into account regardless of the person, and regardless of how they have previously acted. If they have recently acted that way, then they are hypocritical. If they used to act that way, and have made an obvious change, then they are not. I think that Jonzu is definitely improving, he just needs to be much less defensive (there is something in between 'taking it like a bitch' and 'lashing out in an overly protective way', he just needs to learn t find the balance rather than choose the latter extreme, in my opinion). As for Smashy, give him a break. You don't know what is going on in his life, a death threat (regardless of how baseless it is) can really piss someone off (I would've probably dropped it now, but that is just me), plus you don't know if he is under any stress, whether emotionally, mentally, or physically, all of those could be reasons for him being a bit of a dick lately (I will try to find that out, unless it is personal to Smashy). Also, seniority should not affect how people's opinions are taken. I mean, look at me, I am still a newbie by many people's terms, and it appears that my opinions have been taken into account at points. Everybody makes mistakes, hell, there are probably a myriad of mistakes that you could that could be pointed out in this post alone (call me out if and when you find them). Either way, this is just my opinion, think of it what you will.

In fact, because this is the second time I have posted it, I have probably missed stuff out, but oh well, I will remember to save it this time.
