It's this that doesn't make sense. How is seeing how someone talks into a microphone useful in any way? It's a waste of time. As long as you can name someone and talk, it's all good. Can do enough other things in the meantime instead of just watching how someone sits in front of a screen.

Because, unlike you, I only know people from online. I'm completely isolated from everyone except my family and people online, because I don't go to school. I've only ever met two people who were to be real life friends - one came to visit for a week and the other was killed in a car accident about a month after transferring from Japan.

The face-value in this case is literal - I need to see the smile of someone who cares, not just some fake flash for the camera

Both are run by Microsoft, so they're equally crap. I can actually get a decent quality from Skype, whereas WLM won't even pick up that I have a webcam

Generic power metal with songs that all sound the same and cheesy ass chorus's. I can put up with a few Dragonforce songs but a whole concert of them will be pretty bad.

This is probably the better end of power metal, although you are entitled to your opinion.

The Jag Panzer song should definitely appeal to you.
