Well, that's the point, see. Even though I've seen several of GTM's ups and downs in recent years, I feel like I'm never gonna give it up :beer:

At least not for some time :P

Erm, well I like them a lot more than slipknot atleast...

Actually, I have a soft-spot for linkin park as they're one of the first bands I got into by myself, along with a lot of alt rock stuff which I also still have a soft spot for..

Slipnot is worshiped by idiots (have to sit next to one in maths, he likes them) AND has an overblown fan-base and Linkin Park was kinda cool but when you have to listen to it 24/7 because of your brother it is irritating.

Linkin park's first album, maybe even the second if i'm feeling generous, where acceptable, and a little bit different at the time, but I heard their latest song on the radio a while back and it was a piece of generic sh**.

Slipnot are the definition of generic, overblown nu-metal cr*p, while Linkin Park is just lacking in maturity. Meteora was decent otherwise though and Slipnot has some interesting guitar.
