Does anyone know of a free program that converts .SND files to .wav's or .mp3's?
My above post explains everything about everything.

never even HEARD of .SND... But if google cant find it, no one can.

Best I could find. I have not used it so I have no idea how good it is.  But it is Free (Shareware).

Where did you get the file from? .snd seems like a very generic extension, it may be specific to one program.

google says Windoze Media player can play it, so it must not be very rare.
