Well, there are still some demands for long hours, low pay manual labors, which doesn't require passing classes.

Of course, that's not to say that graduating HS (or even college) really makes that much a difference with the increase rate of academic inflation. However, the habit of working hard is something anyone would have to deal with regardless of how he/she intend to make a living. Even a bum have to spend hours digging garbage cans for food and recyclables in exchange for a few bucks.

Well, my current Sixth Form is part of a secondary school which has uniforms (Which I used to go to), and my Sixth Form has a dress code of smart business wear, so technically, yes.

I do, too. I'm a high school senior student studying at possibly one of the best schools in my country. And a great school means a strict uniform code, which is why I can't wait to go to college. XD
