Up to 5 nominations for the most legendary members. Those included in 30% or more of the votes submittedwill be inducted. If the threshold is not reached, the top 3 vote grabbers win a seat.

Just an update: on top of the current hall of fame vote, we'll be having having a second 'legacy' hall of fame for a handful of members who were monumental to the development of ra2. said HOF will be decided on by staff, and in no way will it affect the current/modern hall of fame vote
Voting closes on the 20th btw
