Need help with 360 connection PLEASE READ ENTIRE MESSAGE.

the story goes like this I boot up the 360, sign in, all goes well until it starts disconnecting and then again and AGAIN so help please.

note 1: I've tried deleting and downloading my profile and resetting the router

note 2: I'm not a tech guy at all so telling I need to reinstall a 200GB 3B8FJ6H4 platinum won't make sence to me

note 3: Everytime I test connection while I works I get this error status report
