Title: My pc improving! (little bit...)

So i enter team hq... i enter my team. And it crashed... i tried other teams and they worked... all my bots that ive imported (Duke family) flipster, dank.. they crash also.. ive tried compatibility set to 2000.. and nothing... also what i am seeing is that mplayer also does not work.. what to do???

But still... if you have these symptoms on your pc's you prolly have virus:
1. you have a file: that is in 16 bit dos format/ that you dont recognize/ that is not in its place/ a duplicate that has suspiciosly less or more memory than the original file
2. task manager is disabled: if it says task manager has been disabled by administrator.. you are screwed
3. policy editor disabled: type regedit if ^ fails.. if it says registry editor has been disabled by administrator... you are screwed, again
4. 30-60% perfomance drop... the virus really drops speed... now if you have 3ds max 4, 5, 6, 7 they use cdilla which again drop performance.. so this one will be hard to find out..

Now any antivirus that i run will not recognize this virus.. the only help is formatting the hdd..
Lesson? Format the hdd before putting it in new pc.

None of those are indicative of a virus. Don't give bad advice. The standard free antiviruses (you only need one) along with a decent AdBlock will block/prevent practically every virus you stumble upon while casually browsing, unless you're a techno-masochist and purposely disable protection.
Cdilla is copy protection for various programs (including 3ds max) and occasionally sets off false positives, but it won't kill your computer or steal information like actual viruses would. Nor would it cause RA2 to start crashing unless it removed files from it, which I doubt. It's bloatware at worst.
It's more likely that you screwed up your copy of RA2 when installing something and/or have a complete toaster of a computer.
Programs being disabled by administrator likely means what it says on the tin. Your profile says that you're "15", right? Why don't you have admin permissions on your own computer? :ermm:
You probably shouldn't be messing around with sensitive info like regedit anyway, judging by your grammar.

4. i had to format my drive cuz it slowly filled up my partition.

6 RA2 is screwed up.. basicly my archiver splited game into 2 parts (idk why)
7. my pc is not a toaster (or is it)
RAM: 3GB
proc: AMD athlon 64 X2 dual core 5200+ 2.7 ghz (not overclocked)
GPU: GeForce 6100 nForce 405, 256mb intergrated (had Radeon HD4650 but the cooler btoke down)
6. bad advice??? it is damn true(well maybe not the last one.Also i misspelled it.. i meant registry not group policy.. my bad)

Then........download it again? and then like copy the bot files over to the new copy? Or do you have so much custom sh** installed that it would take forever?

Well.. athlon x64 is a bit sh**e.. but as soon as i find out what better cpu is compatible with this one (if you know what i mean) ill change it immediatly..
It runs Bcam with 4 gb of ram , my hd 4650, and my current proc.. good..
