According to a builder there will be another compitition fillmed for tv. It will be held May 20-23 at the Maker Faire in San Mateo, California. So battlebots is not dead yet.

If I somehow convience Jerry to take me along. I don't have the time or money right now to make a Heavyweight and Shish-Kabot weighs about 7X lighter. So probaly not.

I have to disagree with you on that. Whale Wars does get boring some times, but I find it very interesting. I think it is interesting to watch a captain who is very charismatic and obviously insane lead impressionable college kids to do just about anything he says.

Kind of how just about anyone gets a kick out of watching Charles Manson, even if you don't agree with what he does.

Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Disney Channel's current shows are bad.

Cartoon Network's live action shows ruin it, while shows like Flapjack look like they are marketed to kids with severe brain issues.

Errrm me and 027LB are making a show using WMM, Paint and a Sonic the Fighters ROM, should be up in May. Will be waaaay better than your piece of s***.

EDIT: and the only good shows on Cartoon Network/Nick/Disney are Chowder and the KND. And sometimes Spongebob when nothing else is on.
