Title: Major audio recording problem

I'm having major sound breaking audio problems. The sound is so choppy that it raises a normal five minute video file size to 2GB. Also when I go to Windows movie maker, it only recognizes the sound, but no video.
I am using FRAPS and a Realtek HD audio driver. I can't record IRL until its fixed(If I can't get it fixed, I will try to record the video, but with no sound).
Any help would be nice

What if you try to record via the Windows Sound Recorder / Audacity?
