Title: Lights, Camera, Action! What is Your Favorite Car from the Movies?

I was just watching Christine on the television and it made me think to create this thread in the Automotive section about famous cars from the movies.  So which ones are your favorites?  I would have to go with the Back to the Future DeLorean.
