Post by: Sage on February 03, 2009, 03:24:20 PM: we had 2 days off because of of a -49 F degree windchill. We don't get snow days unless its like 5 feet high. Minnesota has like the best snow plow system, so we get a snowday like once every few years or so.

its not the cold. its just deemed unsafe/impossible for the the buses to pick all the kids up with all the snow, so they cant have school. only ever lasts like one day.
