Hot August Nights
« on: August 11, 2013, 10:55:18 PM »
As promised, here you go. Of the pics I took, I picked out the best. Some are better than others; my phone is kinda anal about lighting and I'm not the greatest photographer in the world.

Enjoy!

Dat Mustang Boss...

Dat Road Runner...

Disappointed that there wasn't an El Camino or a Riviera.

The absence of a Chevelle also disappoints me.

But still nice to see all the classics.

That's what the event is called. We also have Street Vibrations on October, which is the same thing but with motorcycles. And I have no idea.

There were plenty of all three, actually. Not many on display though. I got a pic of an El Camino but it was all blurry and meh.

Since when did Lamborghini make a boxy sedan with American-style headlights? But nah, in all seriousness, it's probably based on an Oldsmobile Cutlass or a Buick or some other mid-80s pigfat murcan mini-limo.

not really a sedan..

but anyway the green thing with dark green stripes looked like some wide-body mod volvo creature thing, although looking at the back I'm really not sure what it is.

No, you shouldn't.

Hot August Nights is a Reno tradition, not some cheesy thread title my fat ass came up with.
